1 General Terms

This process may require a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence, proof of address and proof of payment method. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

3 Age and Eligibility

All baji bagh services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform. By registering, the user confirms they are at least 21 years old.

If age verification reveals that a user opened an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the related transactions will be voided.

In addition, the user must confirm they are not subject to any legal restriction that prevents them from using this platform. They must also confirm they are playing through their own personal account and not on behalf of anyone else or for any commercial purpose.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.4 Ownership of Deposited Funds

The user must confirm that the funds they are depositing are their own and come from a legitimate source. Using third-party funds for transactions is prohibited. If a transaction is found to be linked to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, the account concerned will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonus Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

baji bagh regularly provides various promotional offers, including the weekly baji bagh deposit reward (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x), the baji bagh slots festival bonus (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x) and the cricket season special offer (60% bonus, up to ৳12,000, wagering 18x), among others.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Irregular or systematic betting using a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — it will be cancelled automatically after the specified time.
• baji bagh reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility to claim a bonus.

6 Betting Policy

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once confirmed. baji bagh reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error or incorrect odds have been published. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, baji bagh's decision is final.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports match or event is cancelled, a refund or void policy will apply under the relevant rules. For live betting, if an event is stopped mid-way, bets will be settled based on the state of play at that point.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

There may be a limit on the maximum amount a user can win within a given period. This limit may vary by game or betting category. The applicable limit for a given game or betting market will be stated there.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji bagh:

• Creating an account as a minor or using another person's identity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to exploit bonus offers ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to manipulate game software or outcomes.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.
• Using illegal software, bots or automated methods on the platform.
• Harassing other users or spreading false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

In the event of a breach of these rules, baji bagh reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances and bonuses. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Closure or Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

A user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. Before closing the account, any unsettled bets and applicable wagering requirements will be reviewed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by baji bagh

baji bagh may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, evidence of fraud or security reasons. Users will be informed as far as reasonably possible in such cases.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no transactions or logins for an extended period, it may be marked as "inactive". An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with the relevant policy. Users can reactivate their account by logging in at any time.

9 Limitation of Liability

baji bagh is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server interruptions, internet connection issues or external factors.
